Conditional Phenotype Analysis
Project Description
The purpose of this website is to publish protocols detailing a broad broad-spectrum panel of environmental and developmental assays that may be used to uncover conditional phenotypes in KO plants. To define each condition, we did the following:
1. identified environmental or chemical input,
2. referenced published dose response curves if available,
3. produced dose response curves for conditions not yet published,
- established quantifiable trait, i.e. root length,
- graphed for wild-type plants, ecotype Wassilevskija (Ws)
- identified threshold doses to test for sensitivity,
- identified saturation doses to test for insensitivity.
